200MILLION EURO GOLF COURSE TO EMERGE AT BULGARIAS COAST
Local company Kabland will invest 194.43 million euro for the construction of a yearround firstclass golf and entertainment complex near the town of Kableshkovo, in the coastal municipality of Pomorie.The first sod of the complex, Black Sea Golf and Country Club, would be turned on October 24 2007, Monitor daily reported.The club will have buildings for seasonal and contemporary stay and will spread on more than 1.9 million sq m.Its will also have a golf course with 18 holes, according to international standards, a four or fivestar hotel of 200 rooms, golf and tennis academies, swimming pools, villas, spa and sports centres, shops and restaurants.
