CONSTRUCTION OF MALL IN BULGARIAS VARNA TO BEGIN IN SEPTEMBER 2007
Construction of MallVarna in the coastal city of Varna will start in September 2007, former Mall of Sofia CEO Eli Egozi said. The mall should be completed by September 2009, Bulgarian news agency BTA reported. MallVarna will spread on 40 000 sq m and will include office buildings and a hotel, increasing the malls total area to 60 000 sq m. Investment in the project is expected to reach 100 million euro.
