US company Laguarda.Low Architects LLC would work on the plans for the building of MallBourgas. Investors GIR2 and project consultant Colliers International announced the selection on July 27. The two companies would have the final decision in the development of the mall concept, mediapool.bg reported. The US company specialised in the planning of various trade and entertainment centres.
